Heavy logistics in record time

🕒

4 minutes

We coordinated transportation, storage, and assembly so that everything would arrive on time, without delays or mistakes, and the client didn’t even notice the chaos behind the scenes.

⎯ THE CHALLENGE

MOVING WHAT NO ONE WANTED TO MOVE

⎯ OBJECTIVES

WHAT THE CUSTOMER NEEDED

⎯ THE SOLUTION

CUSTOMIZED LOGISTICS,
EXPERT TEAM

The key to this project wasn’t the in-store execution—we always have that under control. The key was solving the logistical problem before it reached the point of sale. We coordinated each phase so that the field team only had to do one thing: set it up.

⎯ RESULTS

THE NUMBERS
SAY IT ALL

The 2% that was not implemented is entirely due to factors beyond SIG Spain’s control: stores undergoing renovations or disagreements between retail headquarters and the brand. Each case was documented and communicated to the client in real time, with supporting evidence and justification. No incidents attributable to the implementation.

⎯ KEY LESSONS LEARNED

WHAT THIS PROJECT
TAUGHT US

Provide a quote based on actual figures, not estimates. In projects involving large-format POS displays, any deviation in weight or dimensions has a direct impact on logistics costs. Detailed information about the materials prior to the proposal is not just a minor detail—it is the basis for the budget.
Smooth communication with the customer is part of the service. In projects with high operational complexity, the client needs constant visibility. Anticipating issues and communicating them with context builds trust—even when there are problems beyond your control.
Special shipping requires specific planning for each point of sale. Not all hypermarkets and supermarkets have the same access conditions. Mapping out the specific features of each location before the event helps avoid surprises on the day of setup.

Let’s talk. No strings attached, we’ll tell you how we would solve it for your brand.
