Target
To set up an island with 5 displays + 1 header in 125 stores of the hypermarket and supermarket channel, for a brand of bakery products, in 3 days to implement
Solution
Rental of suitable vehicles for transportation from the logistics platform to the point of sale.
Assign this project to a GIS team of 27 people, experienced in POS installations.
Results
Implantation in 98% of the centers of the total action.
The 2% not implanted is for reasons beyond SIG’s control (center under renovation or no agreement between headquarters: Retail and Brand).
Apprenticeships
It is necessary to quote on the real elements that make up the exhibition, to avoid deviations in logistics costs.
Fluid communication and coordination with the client is key, to anticipate and resolve any incident promptly.
